Hey, I’m Dahliah
I know what it feels like to be disconnected from yourself.
Growing up, my parents worked constantly to keep food on the table. Often, I was alone and health wasn't a priority—it was whatever was left over. I learned early on that my needs were flexible, that rest was a luxury, and that taking care of myself came last. As young as 7 years old, I remember feeling like I was fundamentally wrong. By my teens, I was using substances to numb the disconnection. And by nineteen, I was exhausted in a way that made me question whether I wanted to keep going.
That's when something shifted.
I didn't have a dramatic epiphany. I just started making different choices. One small decision at a time. I desperately wanted to lead a different life. So, I started to take action. I quit smoking. I went back and finished my high school. I hired a personal trainer. I learned to do my very first squat. I started surrounding myself with people who believed in themselves.
Each choice felt hard. But staying the same felt harder.
Somewhere in those choices, I stopped hating the way I looked and started feeling the way my body wanted to move. I stopped punishing myself with rigid routines and started honoring what I actually needed. I stopped abandoning myself the moment things got difficult.
That was over 10 years ago.
Since then, I've spent the last decade deepening my understanding of what actually creates lasting change. I'm a certified yoga instructor, personal trainer, and nutrition coach. But more importantly, I've worked with so many women who felt exactly like I did—disconnected from their bodies, stuck in patterns of self-abandonment, convinced that real change requires constant suffering.
And I've watched them discover what I discovered: that transformation doesn't come from white-knuckling or punishment. It comes from deciding, over and over again, that you matter enough to show up for yourself. That your body is a source of wisdom, not a problem to fix. That consistency built on self-honor is what actually lasts.
That's what the Radiant Reset is built on.
It's not a program I invented in a workshop. It's a framework I've developed through my own journey and refined through years of supporting women through theirs. It's what I wish someone had offered me at nineteen—a way to rebuild trust with myself, to learn that showing up for yourself doesn't require suffering, and to understand that the deepest transformation is always an act of self-love.
I'm here because I know what it takes. I've lived it. And I know that you can too.
